Devemos modificar o genoma de embriões?

Com a possibilidade do uso do CRISPR/Cas9, entre outras ferramentas de edição de genes, surgem também questões éticas quanto à modificação do genoma humano. Será que deveríamos modificar o genoma de embriões?
